fundcraft, a digital fund operations provider, has secured an additional €6 million in Series A funding, bringing its total to €11 million.
This latest investment round, led by 3VC and MiddleGame Ventures, reflects strong investor confidence in fundcraft’s tech-driven approach, supporting its rapid growth across Europe.
Since its initial Series A round in May 2024, fundcraft has achieved a 60% increase in managed funds, representing €8.1 billion in commitments. “This investment builds on our momentum as we transform fund operations for asset managers,” said CEO Julien De Mayer. “With our team and support from 3VC and MiddleGame Ventures, we’re ready to scale.”
The new funds will fuel product innovation, European expansion, and talent acquisition. Eva Arh, Partner at 3VC, praised fundcraft’s potential: “Their platform offers essential efficiency, and we believe fundcraft is primed to redefine operations for the next generation of asset managers.”
