Luxembourg’s national HPC organization has launched two new programs for startups, one aimed at early-stage startups and one for startups looking to scale up.
As a founding member of Luxembourg’s National Competence Centre for Supercomputing and a valuable part of the Euro HPC JU network, LuxProvide is continuing to find ways to better support the ecosystem’s supercomputing needs.
“LuxProvide recognizes the pivotal role that startups play in driving innovation and economic growth, and we are committed to providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed. Through our programs, startups will gain access to cutting-edge supercomputing resources, enabling them to accelerate their research and business goals,” said Filipe Pais, Chief Customer Success Officer.
The first program, “INITIATE” is for early-stage startups looking to refine their business ideas and prototyping with supercomputing. Selected startups will get access to €25 000 in credits, hands-on technical training, expert mentorship, and the necessary support to develop their solutions.
The second program, “CASHBACK 80%” designed in partnership with Luxembourg’s Ministry of Economy, targets established startups aiming to scale up. As suggested, selected startups will be able to gain up to 80% cashback on their usage of MeluXina through the economy ministry’s RDI scheme. LuxProvide will also offer personalized consultations and guidance to maximize their use of supercomputing capabilities.
